The most powerful thing I’ve ever created for a client.
Some of the most brain-bending work I’ve done lately has nothing to do with design, content, or funnels.
It’s this:
How do I translate 20 years of corporate experience into something businesses can understand—and buy?
Because when you’ve been in corporate, you speak a different language.
You write briefs, you do SWOTs, you build strategies that are clear, concise, and pitchable.
But when you go out on your own? You suddenly have to explain it to a brand-new audience.
Founders. Entrepreneurs. Lean teams.
And that requires a new kind of clarity.
Here’s what I did:
I booked a co-working space on a Friday afternoon (quiet house, my husband on pick-up duty), brought dinner, and whiteboarded the whole damn thing.
I mapped out what we actually do in corporate vs. what clients actually need in this new economy. And here’s what I realized:
In corporate, we create briefs all day long.
We also create proposals.
But they’re rarely the same document.
The strategist writes the brief.
The sales team writes the proposal.
The agency team creates the activation plan.
But as solo business owners and service providers?
We don’t have departments.
We need a single artifact that captures it all.
That’s what the Strategic Growth Brief™ is.
Not just a brief.
Not just a pitch deck.
Not just a proposal.
It’s all of it—distilled into a powerful, easy-to-understand plan that does two things:
Shows your client where they are and where they need to go.
Positions you as the one who gets them there.
That’s exactly what I created in my Vitality Plan™—and it’s exactly what I teach my clients to create for their clients.
Here’s the beauty:
Your version doesn’t have to be called a “Vitality Plan.”
It could be your Roadmap, Playbook, Blueprint, Accelerator Plan—whatever fits your brand.
What matters is that you have it.
That you know how to build it.
And that you understand how to lead with it.
Because when you walk into a room with this in hand, you’re no longer a “freelancer.”
You’re no longer “supporting talent.”
You’re a Strategic Growth Partner™.
And the way you pitch, sell, and deliver?
It changes everything.
Want to learn how to build yours?
I’m teaching it live on June 17.
Inside the workshop, I’ll walk you through:
What goes into a Strategic Growth Brief™
How to structure yours around growth (the word execs actually care about)
And why this simple document will set you apart from 95% of your peers
You don’t need to do more.
You need to package what you already know—in a way that gets a yes.
More next week,
